Sittings

On Fridays and Saturdays we operate two sittings due to high demand for tables. The first sitting is from 17:00- 20:15. Please note that if you have booked in this sitting we will need all the tables back at 20:15 in time for the second sitting which starts at 20:30.

Queue Jump:

To get on the queue jump please fill in our QUEUE JUMP FORM before 4pm. Entrance fees will still apply but you will not have to queue!

Dress code

There is no dress code so don’t worry!

NB. If our online booking system says we don’t have a table for your chosen date, call our agents on 020 7242 8600 to check for last minute availability and we’ll try to squeeze you in!

Door Charge

All customers with table reservations will be subject to entrance charges at advertised times. On Saturdays we will offer free entry until 8.30 for those who have reserved a table, after this period normal door charges will apply.

Food is served until 10pm.

Deposits

On Fridays and Saturdays a deposit of £25 (groups of 5 plus) or £50 (groups of 25 plus) per table is required to secure your booking. Your booking is confirmed once you receive our booking confirmation e-mail and have paid the deposit. All deposits are non- refundable but will be deducted from your final bill. Your booking can only be confirmed once we have your details.

Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel your booking we require at least 48 hours notice via phone and/or e-mail for us to refund the deposit. Please note cancelations made less than 48 hours in advance WILL NOT be refunded.

Late Arrivals

Please be on time. If you think you will be more than 15 minutes late please let us know as soon as you can and we will do our best to keep your table for as long as possible. Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late we reserve the right to give your table away to waiting customers.

Age Restrictions

Guanabara is strictly an over 18’s venue, no exceptions. Forms of ID we accept are UK drivers licenses, passports and photographic forms of internationally approved identification.

On-line Bookings

Customers booking on-line are also required to pay a deposit. The booking will be confirmed once your credit/debit card details have been given to our reservations team on 0207 242 8600.

Service Charge

A service charge of 12.5% will be added to your final table bill.
